Salary:INR 2.4 LPA to 4.2 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance & experience during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skills required:

- Educate about residential solar PV systems to prospective customers.

-Call Inbound Leads and walk them through product presentations on call

-Log all communications with customers in CRM contact database and maintain customer database records.

-Share project proposals/quotes for customers.

-Analyze customer’s current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment.

-Close deals and sign contracts via phone and online presentation/conference calls.

-Have a clear understanding of contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements with customers.

-Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

-Experience within an inbound sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently.

-Superior communications skills in English and an additional language.

-Evidence that you are a Top Salesperson (as defined by production results that put you at the top 10% of your peers) and/or consistently exceed targets.

-Prior selling experience operating within product/concept sales or online sales in particular.

-A sharp focus on your goals and a strong work ethic.

-Tons of energy, passion, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm.

-Experience of working with MS Office Suite and CRM systems would be a plus.

-Experience of working in a start-up environment would help.
