(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
CRE job mostly includes tele calling, coordination with clients and sales team, day to day follow-ups as and when required, scheduling visits and meetings with tenants and owners, lead handling for tenants from different portals, tracking sales of assigned area and many more.

Responsibilities:
- Internal (sales executive team) & external (Leads: Tenants) coordination.
- Describe the benefits and services of RentMantra to tenants & owners
- To speak as pleasant as possible with tenants as well as owners
- Taking requirements from leads (tenants), assisting property as per the requirement from RentMantra portal, scheduling visits of tenants to the properties and assigning the same visits of the respective sales executive.
- Proper follow to the tenants for the presence on the scheduled visits
- Providing best and maximum properties to tenants in least possible time with the help & coordination of RentMantra’s inventory team.
- Coordinating and follow up with the tenants till the closure.
- Follow up with owners after deal closure for payment

Required Skills Set:
- Basic computer
- XL knowledge
- English Spoken
- Soft-spoken & Calm nature
- Smart Pitching to clients is must
- Target Oriented
