Job Profile: Client Relationship Executive

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 2.4 LPA+ Incentives (based on experience and skills)

Job Description

We are looking for Client Relationship Executive to create or nurture long term relationship with Customer and clients and customers. You will resolve any issues that arises to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you have Customer Relationship background we would like to meet you. Your goal will be help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Building long term relationship with customers and clients.

-Addressing customers concerns and complaints.

-Regular follow-ups and coordination with customers to ensure they are satisfied.

-Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

-Assist and coordinate with sales team to get lead close..

-To convert all online / offline leads by calling and managing leads coming through social media.

-Follow up and Getting in touch with inactive clients/customers in database.

-Posting of rentals from different sources Online and verifying the details.

Skills Required

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Problem solving aptitude.

-Ability to work well with a team.

-Immediate joiner

-Willing to work with a growing start up
