Job Descriptions:
- Attending to Customer calls both B2B & B2C – both inbound and outbound.
- Engaging with Online visitors – through chat.
- Meeting targets of Customer contact & Satisfaction KPIs, Sales, Repeat usages.
- Doing thorough Need analysis to generate more revenue and repeat business.
- Building Relationships with Key Customers and Business Associates and Increasing Customer Satisfaction & Engagement.
- Developing specific workspace solutions for custom requirements in coordination with external agencies and Venue Partners.
- Maintaining Records in CRM and other applications required for smooth business process flows.
- Understand and master the product – which are workspaces and services associated with the workspaces.

External:
- Customers ranging from Individual Professionals to Corporates / SMEs – Large & small.
- Venue Partners – Business Centers, Co Working spaces, Educational Institutions and Hotels.

Internal:
- Product & Marketing Team and Business Development Team- Helping them design products and processes by providing timely & accurate Feedback
- Technology team - Implementing new initiatives and providing Feedback on processes – both existing and for new process development.
