Job Profile : Client Engagement Executive

Job Location : Delhi

Course Specialization : B.Tech/BE/Bsc/BCA/BBA/B.com/BA/Any Graduate

Salary : INR 1.5 LPA – 2.5 LPA ( The Salary depends on Experience/Skills /performance in interview rounds of the candidate )

Bond : None

Date of Joining : Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Descriprions /Skills :

Candidate should :

-Manage end to end interactions with users via messaging in a timely manner

-Communicate with users to understand their requirement and identify the appropriate service to fulfil the request

-Compare online websites and services to figure out the best price of the goods/services

-Order and handle payment processing after obtaining customer approval

-Analyse any industry or service type and find awesome service providers to add to our bouquet of services

-Review service providers past work , classify and rate them

-Maintain a daily report to analyze performance and track progress

Responsibilities :

Candidate should have :

-Excellent English literacy and communication skills (spoken and written)

-Basic computer skills and knowledge of online services

-Customer centric approach with emphasis on user happiness

-High energy levels and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment

-Planning and time management skills

-High standard of excellence in work and impeccable professionalism

-Innovative and pro-active approach to problem solving
