Job Description:

- Lead generation reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis to the concerned manager via CRM software.
- Convert Leads to Sales (Telephonic).
- Customer identification.
- Client Acquisition, retention and renewal.
- Client follow-up.
- Grievance Handling.
- Manage Client Relationship.
- Revenue generation by achieve Sales target.
- Highly performance oriented/ target oriented.

Skill Set Required:

- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Flair to work on target based sales profile.
- Must be ready to work in a highly competent and target oriented ambiance.
- Command over English speaking and decent Hindi. (Other Languages welcome)
- Should be growth oriented and self analyzing.
- Should possess excellent convincing power and presentation skills.
- Highly efficient to work during long business hours.
- Excellent at Client handling and servicing Telephone Manners & Etiquettes.
- Knowledge of Financial Market is an added advantage.
- Confident, honest and pleasing sales manners.
