Key Responsibilities:
The person would be attending and servicing customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints and providing requested information through mails.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have strong communication skills and good conversation etiquettes.
- Should have a go getter attitude, persuasiveness, and ready to take initiative.
- Should have high customer service orientation skills.
- Should have good Typing skill.
- Should be ready to work in rotational Shifts.
Note: Cab facility will be provided to the candidates residing at Gurgaon, Faridabad & Delhi (Excluding West Delhi)
