Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Person should be able to handle the execution work of multi storey building including the finishing works independently at the site as per designs & plans, layouts, working drawings.
- To ensure that construction work is executed as per the approved drawings and in line with GFC drawing issued from time to time.
- Extensive knowledge of Billing of executed work done.
- Should have experience in RCC structure, Brick work and Plaster
- Studying the BOQ in detail before starting any activity and explaining the same to others & assist Project Manager.
- Effective resource (Manpower & Material) utilization.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of machinery & other resources allotted for execution on site.
- Monitoring of wastage and taking corrective actions for controlling the same.
- Providing Material feedbacks & Planning to seniors & ensures in time materials on site.
- Works in coordination with Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of work at every stage of execution.
- Preparation of the MIS Report daily, weekly monthly reports etc.
- Ensuring Compliance with all safety norms, Coordination with team of Safety/ Quality/ Stores/ Purchase
- Effective utilization of material / labour to avoid wastage of the same at site.
- Should be comfortable handling the labour force and execution.
- Planning to work in order to meet agreed timelines.
- Knowledge of Rate Analysis and Site Execution.
