Salary: INR 5 LPA To INR 8 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates' performance during the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- A City Manager is responsible for the profit and loss of every city under him/her. This role requires proven leadership skills, data-driven acumen, the ability to take calculated risks and you know how to get things done no matter what the odds.
- Responsible for the overall growth of the city, including growing the user base, managing end to end P&L of a city
- Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution
- Building the SlicePay brand in a new city from scratch; hiring Campus managers, training, partnerships, sales, operations and customer experience
- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy
- Responsible for launching and expanding business, building and managing end to end operations and overseeing portfolio performance.
- Establishing standards and delivery of service

Minimum Qualification:
- Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in sales & operations with a talent for achieving revenue target
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sale and marketing plan
- Graduate / MBA with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Oral skills: English and Local Language)

Preferred Qualification:
- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
- High ethical standards
- Comfortable with autonomy and uncertainty
- Get things done
- Demonstrated capability of having worked with cross functional teams.
