We are the Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Industrial Garment Sewing Machines like Single needle lockstitch machines, Double needle lockstitch machines, Overlock machines, Interlock machines, Button sewing machines, Button holing machines, Bar tack sewing machines, Eyelet sewing machines, Feed off the arm chainstitch machines, Multineedle sewing machines, Zigzag sewing machines, Blind stitch sewing machines, Decorative stitch machines, Sequin sewing machines, Leather sewing machines, Cutting machines series, Thread trimming and sucking machines, Snap fastening machines, Fusing machines, Needle detector, Carpet machines, Feeders & pullers etc.

Job location: Delhi

Desired Experience: 0-3  Years

Target Batch Passout: 2014 -2017

Salary:   INR 2.4 LPA - INR 3  LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/MBA

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
-Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
-Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
-Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
-Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
-Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
-Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
-Leads solution development efforts that best address enduser needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
-Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
-Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
