Job Description:

Serves customers by providing product and service information; brand promotion for the company resolving product and service problems.

Champions of Brand Representative Job Duties:

1. Use telephones, messages, whatsapp, chat, email etc to reach out to clients.
2. Attracts potential clients by answering product and service questions in a warm and cordial manner; suggesting information about products and services. Respond promptly to all client queries.
3. Records Client Information adequately and correctly.
4. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.
7. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting client information and analyzing their needs.
8. Act as a Company gatekeeper.
9. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Skills Required:
Service to the client, Product Knowledge, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking, Attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to type
