For Direct Assurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To drive Insurance Sales through Future Group retail and BTL reference and leads generated by affinity tie ups                                    
• Educate the Customer about the product
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Close the leads assigned by the call center team
• Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
• Customer Servicing
• Collection of Renewals
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

For Retail Assurance:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To drive Insurance Sales through Future Group retail and BTL reference and leads generated by affinity tie ups                                                            
• Generate leads @ the Mall making cold approach to customers shopping inside.
• Ensure adherance to the pre-defined approach techniques by the organisation.
• Participate and initiate templated BTL activities laid by the organisation.
• Manage all leads through LMS and ensure all updates are captured before EOD.
• Make oneself available at all times for any mall related activity that the Mall team may ask him for from time to time.
• Conduct need analysis on customers and pitch the right product in accordance to his requirements.
• Push for sales closure in-stall. Follow-up on cases that are to be closed out-store.
• Customer Servicing, Collection of Renewals and attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• To provide correct and complete information on products to all customers that will help transparency and smooth sale of the business. This will ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.
