Job Description:

-Counseling freshers and experience candidates for job oriented training program on various technologies and domains.

-Generating leads/ walk-ins through telephonic counseling.

-Making daily inbound and outbound calls and regressive follow up.

-Meeting targets assigned through effective counseling and selling.

-Revenue generation by increasing Enrollments.

-Effectively Closing the Sales over the phone and walk in.

-Responsible for building relations with different colleges and university for Campus hiring and workshops.

-Handling first round of HR Interview in order to assess the candidates; Suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, and Communication skills etc.

-Conduct Interviews for internal job hiring & Co-ordinate with respective heads.

-Co-ordinate and building tie ups with the companies for Job placements of the Trainees
