Job Description: 

Providing customers with product and service information.

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information

Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts.

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required: 

Excellent communication skills-written & verbal.

A good communicator, organized, efficient, self-motivated, ability to priorities tasks, accurate reporting skills, multi-tasking skills.
