Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English and Regional Language and the accent is a must.
After initial training, you should be able to handle the task independently.
Domestic Process | No sales | Outbound Process.
Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
Coordinate with another team for rider related issues.
The first point of contact for handling queries, customer grievances, relationship building, and damage control.
