Summary of Job Profile:
-Capable of handling Chassis system components &assemblies like Brake and steering FE-Modeling process.
-Capable to generate new ideas to improve the process and also develop macro to reduce the manual work.
-Co-ordinate with the team and customer to perform the job with 100% quality with due date.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-FE-Modeling of Brake & Steering systems
-Responsible for understanding requirements, co-ordinate with team & perform the job and delivery with 100% Quality & due date.
-Good communicational skills & good team player
-Post Processer Knowledge will added advantage
-Knowledge: Solid Mechanics , Basic of FEM, Mechanical Vibrations etc.
-Skills: Solid mesh (Hexa), Shell Mesh, TCL / TK, Python scripting.
-Abilities: System level knowledge, Capable to interact with customers, team work, work under pressure condition
-Tools : Hypermesh ( must ), Abaqus.
-Experience: 1 ~3 years
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production
-Specific technical qualification/certification: Hyper Mesh, Abaqus, Catia V5 Etc.,
Technical Competencies :
1. Expertise in Solid FE-Modeling using Hypermesh
2. Capable to Manage the project and Deliver according
3. Experience on Automotive domain will be preferred
4. Problem solving capabilities, multi-tasking skills will be added advantage
