Roles and Responsibilites:
- Execute Tech support responsibilities: End to End ownership of customer request from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction via Online tool, Phone, Communities & Chat tool.
- Assist customer to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Determine source of the problem (Product based, installation, Access, Platform Administration) and suggest/perform bypass methodologies wherever applicable.
- Timely deliver answers /solutions including validating all code corrections against customer scenarios.
- Participate in customer calls, on demand, to convey technical expertise and deliver enhanced value & satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and any of the Brand applications such as ENOVIA / CATIA.
- Should have Good Communication Skills (Verbal as well as Written).
- Willingness to learn on the go.
