Job Description and Skills Required:

- Has daily interaction with customers and plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive customer relationship through customer inquiries via email and chat .

- Will work for Lead Generation and meet customer satisfaction

- Accountable for meeting and maintaining standards for quality and productivity

- Ensure each customer contact is handled in a manner consistent with the Think and Learn brand and values to maintain customer satisfaction and retention

- Use analysis along with policies and procedures to resolve customer issues

- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week.

- Flexible in Rotational Week Offs

- Flexible in work shifts

- Performs other related duties as identified or assigned

- Fresher’s and experienced both can apply for the position

- Typing speed should be at least 35wpm

- This is a non-voice process where team member will be interacting with out valuable visitors and existing customers

Work Timings:

- 6 days a week and 9 hours a day (9am to 6pm/10am to 7pm /11am to 8pm)

- Working on Saturday and Sunday\'s is mandatory (No exception for this), every Tuesday will be declared as week off.
