Academic % Criteria 10th,12th,Graduation- Above 65% in all

Target Batch: 2018-2020

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months

Salary: INR 2 LPA - INR 3 LPA(increment post 6 months)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
- Supporting pre-sales and business development activities for New businesses in US/UK.
- Generate BPO leads or Software leads.
- Business solution and Commercial proposal management.
- Pipeline management for projection of new business and conversions

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should have MS office knowledge
- Lead Generation and conversion expertise/enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.

Shift Timings: Fixed; but should be available 24*7 as and when required.
