Salary: INR 1.25 LPA To 2.5 LPA + incentive (10% incentive on the business that is generated by him/her) (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond/Probation : NONE

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, Planning and preparing presentations, Communicating product prospective to clients
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Identifies trendsetter by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Good business sense
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Candiadte must have Good communication skills,A positive attitude,Negotiation skills,Plenty of initiative,Closing Skills,Motivation for Sales,Prospecting Skills,Sales Planning,Selling to Customer Needs,Presentation Skills,Meeting Sales Goals,Professionalism.
