Core Functions
- Promotes/Sells/Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Generating Leads & converting them to Sales
- Make telephone calls to prospective customers, and in-person visits as required
- Customize the product(s) as per customer requirements
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers
- Gather market and customer information
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations
- Maintaining a record of Sales and Order information
- Identifying advantages and compares organizations products/services
- Attending trade shows and conventions
