Core Functions

• Promotes/Sells/Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating Leads & converting them to Sales
• Make telephone calls to prospective customers, and in-person visits as required
• Customize the product(s) as per customer requirements
• Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers
• Gather market and customer information
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations
• Maintaining a record of Sales and Order information
• Identifying advantages and compares organizations products/services
• Attending trade shows and conventions
