Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Responsible for developing executing the business development plan/Sales Plan
-Act as a key member of sales & marketing team.
-Generation of new business leads / clients and retention of the existing clients.
-Responsible to convert conversations into the appointments with potential clients.
-Making outbound calls and lead generation.
-Achievement of sales targets through effective business development.
-Strong planning ability & customer orientation.
-Develop strategies & implementation strategies, Market Research to maximize services depth revenue opportunities.
-Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the Pune & PCMC area
-Create customer-focused programs to achieve desired sales results.
-Develop the monthly, quarterly & annual business development plan that reflects the right balance.
-Conduct face to face calls with customers as well as prospects provides effective presentations/written proposals to prospective customers.
-Responsible for selling services/products line by thoroughly assessing the customers’ needs presenting appropriate solutions.
-Minute and circulate all discussions / briefs/ information, post client meetings and telephonic or email interactions with the client.
-Monitor, coordinate and guide team members/colleagues/sub-ordinates and ensure proper team work.
