Salary:  INR 2.4 LPA-INR 3.5 LPA (Depending upon candidate’s experience and performance in the interview)             

Course Specialization: B.Tech/BE/BCA/BSc(CS/IT)

Job Description and Skill Set Required :-

-He/she will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts and generating new opportunities in the loyalty marketing, channel incentives and employee recognition marketplace. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, direct visits, networking and social media Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer experience remain in frequent contact with the existing clients as well as new prospects to understand their needs.
-He/She will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level & the objectives set by the company.
-To achieve budgeted individual target for the respective products & services for India.
-To build the seeding database from internal and external data sources.
-Mapping industry/verticals to ensure in-depth coverage.
-Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel.
-Prepare customized proposal presentations to provide the strategy and solutions for various operative loyalty formats in consultation with the pre sales teams.
-Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly - Operating Network.
-Excellent command on spoken & written English, and with experience of living overseas preferred.
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Experience in a startup / ecommerce / B2B is preferred.
-Highly developed sales skills including the ability to cold call, build and maintain a wide network of productive contacts.
-Ability to undertake research to identify new targets and opportunities within the market.
-Ability to influence key decision makers.
-Strong initiaative and outcome orientation with the ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve the desired outcome.
-Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work autonomously and contribute in a team environment.
-Knowledge of selling psychology would help.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature outgoing personality, proactive, self-motivated and hardworking.
-Committed to providing quality customer care and service.
-Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Comfortable and confident dealing with diverse nationalities.
