Candidate will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement.
Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Understand the requirement and client\'s need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills , rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources or through social network.
Should have sound knowledge on end to end recruitment process Sourcing Identifying screening short listing interviewing & salary negotiation.
Managing timesheet and consultant joining formalities.
Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
Create, negotiate and close agreements.
Incentives will also be provided to candidates.
Skills Required: Excellent English communication skill.
