-The job entails development and execution of a comprehensive business plan involving sales and marketing engagements, readiness and skills development of the company from a perspective of strategic and long term projects
-Matured to strike a conversation with senior Bureaucrats.
-Provide leadership and guidance to the inside sales team. Integrating with the various marketing (Internet marketing and lead generation) teams to full the pipeline, helping pipelines and sales strategies, ensuring operational excellence.
-Acts as an escalation point to solve customer problems. Prior experience as Customer Relationship Manager preferred.
-Able to use data, analysis, business acumen and predictive modelling to determine the best opportunities to grow our business and win new customers.
-Ensures effective (timely, accurate and thorough) reporting to the TOP MANAGEMENT for the business units on all key metrics
-Lead, and participate in creation of business cum technology related processes and ensure that the processes are effectively rolled out, adhered to, and adapted where necessary
-Develop the corporate brand strategy
-Build referral and lead generation network
-A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
-Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
