Job Description:
-Create excellent marketing material, presentation.
-Knowledge of Agile and Scrum [preferably]
-Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, telecommuting.
-Ability to converse with AU/US /UK clients with ease and manage escalated issues and complex situations in Business Development. High IQ and good memory a must.
-Good negotiation and selling skills.
-Excellent Analytical and Root cause analysis skills.
-Responsible for achieving strategic objectives while maximizing relationship with existing clients and brining in new and repeat business.
-The job entails development and execution of a comprehensive business plan involving sales and marketing engagements, readiness and skills development of the company from a perspective of strategic and long term projects
-Matured to strike a conversation with senior Bureaucrats.
-Provide leadership and guidance to the inside sales team. Integrating with the various marketing (Internet marketing and lead generation) teams to full the pipeline, helping pipelines and sales strategies, ensuring operational excellence.
-Acts as an escalation point to solve customer problems. Prior experience as Customer Relationship Manager preferred.
-Able to use data, analysis, business acumen and predictive modelling to determine the best  opportunities to grow our business and win new customers.
-Ensures effective (timely, accurate and thorough) reporting to the TOP MANAGEMENT for the business units on all key metrics
-Lead, and participate in creation of business cum technology related processes and ensure that the processes are effectively rolled out, adhered to, and adapted where necessary
-Develop the corporate brand strategy
-Build referral and lead generation network
-A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
-Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients

Skill Set Required:  
-Experience in a corporate environment
-Reliable, hard-working and self-motivated
-Have a positive and mature attitude
-The ability to work in a team
-To follow up on all sales leads & call-backs generated by the sales pipe-line
-Appointment setting and leads generation for new sales opportunities.
-Ability to develop relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
-Ability to influence decision making and overcome objections
-A genuine interest in technology is also essential
-Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in cold-calling and appointment
-Follow and strictly comply with organizational sales life-cycle process and other business process.
-Previous experience in selling products in international markets.
