Job Description:

This is a strategy, leadership, and implementation role. We’re looking for someone who can strategise our Domestic & International sales approach, and work toward it along with setting up, managing and leading a sales team to achieve high targets.

Lead Generation & Market Identification:
Market research – Measuring market risk like competition, growing customer and market share. Getting leads from various sources. Ensure a strong pipeline by market research & identifying prospective customers. Finding the right markets.

Cold Calling:
Calling prospects in various markets and countries to pitch for digital agency services. Set up calls and meetings with the prospects.

End-to-end Sales:
Responsible for the entire sales process – customer acquisition to closure, as well as account management.

Account Management:
Interact with clients and understand their requirements. Maintaining a high level of customer engagement & relationships. Proactive engagement with customers to identify opportunities. Leverage client satisfaction and client relationship to grow existing accounts.

Internal coordination:
Communicate requirements to the delivery team and ensure work is being done as per client expectations. Total liaison & co-ordination with internal delivery teams. Lead from the front with the help of the delivery teams.

B.Com., BBA, MBA
