Job Profile: Business Development Manager

Job location: Mumbai

Desired Experience: 1-2 years

Salary:  INR 2.4 LPA to INR 4.8 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

The final CTC will depend upon candidates performance during the interview and will be at the Company’s discretion.

Course Specialization: Any Graduates / Post Graduates

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description:-

-The flagship brand QuoDeck is only one of its kind large digital platforms to have pioneered in Game-based Learning.

-The brand has a strong distribution strength over desktop, mobile, mobile apps, amongst a host of other channels.

-A business development specialist in information technology (IT) is someone who helps bring in new business for his employer.

-The job requires both technical expertise and salesmanship.

-The business development specialist has to identify new business opportunities and have a competitive edge in their assigned market.

-Business development specialists are employed by both small and large enterprises in the business of IT infrastructure implementation and sale of technology products.

Key Responsibilities: -

-The primary job responsibility is to find and assess a business opportunity in his assigned territory for information-technology sales.

-He/she ensures that customers are made aware about the products, their special offers, discounts, etc.

-Whether it is seeking leads in new markets or existing markets, the business-development specialist must be able to convince a potential client of the advantages of implementing an IT solution to help improve business. Often, the main selling point is trying to showcase how technology can help a customer cut costs and improve the bottom line.

-Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments

-A business-development specialist must thoroughly learn the marketplace and trends, so as to fine tune and adapt to the ever-changing information-technology business.

-The sales aspect necessitates networking, attending trade events and conferences.

-Develop new business relationships and prospects to provide staffing or consulting services

-Build relationships with Technology Managers & Talent Acquisition Managers & Negotiate contracts to close the point of sale, from signing till renewal of existing ones through retention

-He/she keeps himself/herself updated with the new products, their features and tries to explain the advantages to its customers so as to increase the sales of the product.

-He/she focusses on quantitative targets that are based on market analysis, consumer research and competitive benchmarking. Thus, he/she plans, coordinates and executes the internet sales operation by adhering to the business strategies and plans of the organization.

-Effectively communicating technical information orally, graphically, and in writing. Composing and articulating the benefits of a range of component and system-level solutions that meet the customer needs.

-Managing business development pipelines and qualifying opportunities

Skills Required:-

-Experience of business development and sales experience preferably in IT staffing industry

-Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes, procedures and terminology

-Demonstrated background building productive internal and external working relationships at a senior level and proven experience working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

-Identify strategy changes, trends, discontinuities, and opportunities.

-Demonstrated ability to influence business decision-making with data in a highly-distributed environment.

-Ability to communicate with and to influence all levels of management.
