About the Company:
Open Door is an initiative by alumni of IIT Madras that is transforming India's education system . It aims at making children good learners by developing the habit of learning by understanding in them. We have developed a product called Mastery Assessments that is implemented at K12 schools across the country.

Desired Experience: 1-2 years

Target Batch Passout: 2013-2015

Salary: INR 6 LPA – INR 12 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: BE/B.Tech

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Setting up initial meetings with key schools and chain of schools, pitching Open Door's product and closing deals with decision makers.
-Leading a team of two people and ensuring maximum sales from them.
-Improving sales processes to make it more efficient.
-The job would involve: a lot of hard-work to meet specific sales targets, extensive traveling in the assigned geographical region,keeping team motivated and driven.
-The candidate must have: Great presentation and articulation skills,Deep interest in the learning;changing education system,Good planning and leadership skills.
-The Candidates will have positive and immediate impact on the way students learn in schools.
-The Candidates will learn everything about sales & marketing.
-The candidates will create business single-handedly as well through your team for the company.
