Desired experience: 4 Years to 5 Years

Course Specialization: B.Tech/ MBA

Batch: 2012,2011,2010,2009

Probation/Training Period: 3 Months

Academic Critera: 60% throughout

Salary: Rs. 4.5 LPA - Rs. 6 LPA + 10% of sales (assured)

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of FlexiEle Services and Solutions

· Set sales targets and define strategy to expand revenue and achieving the targets assigned for this role on quarterly basis

· Plan and execute business strategies to explore markets and / clients for our solutions

· Build a reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize in sales.

Skills Required:

· Must have a very good solution selling experience in Software Automation, Custom Application preferably in Global Hire to Retire and Payroll Solutions

· Ability to formulate Go to Market strategies.

· Ability to forecast monthly/ quarterly revenues and establish sales targets, goals and objectives.

Interview Process:

Managerial + HR (face to face rounds)


B.Tech/B.E., MBA
