Job Description:  
-Building prospects through cold calling to various databases.
-Generate Leads through various online databases and sources like Linkedin, Zoominfo etc.
-Must be proficient in finding all details of persons at C level of various organizations.
-Hunt New Accounts and arrange Calls, Meetings, etc and Establish contacts with the C Level Executives and Decision Makers.
-Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.
-Responsible for creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
-Work closely with Presales team to present solutions & proposals to customers.
-Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
-Conducting demos & generating business through closures.
-Keep CRM up to date with leads and discussions.

Skill Set Required:  
-Min. 1 year experience in lead generation for custom software sales or web/mobile applications is a must.
-Experience of working in a B2B process in IT services
-Must have strong sales process knowledge, effective pipeline management techniques.
-Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quota in previous organizations.
-Excellent presentation and communications skills.
