They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow their to take the business to the next level. Must have an experience and good knowledge on Digital marketing, SEO, SMO, PPC and Email Campaigning.

Job Description:

- Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans

- Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets

- Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts

- Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India

- Write compelling business proposals

- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales

- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion

- Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect marketing company ambassador while networking

- Develop, execute and deliver the company’s digital/online marketing strategy, through key marketing channels.

-  Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, SEO & SEM.

- Manage communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis appropriate support to correct performance within cost effective targets.

- Create campaign / ad group structure / keyword lists from scratch.

- Review/ analyses the performance of all sites for campaign reporting.

-  Ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed along with delivery of ROI

- Develop and execute plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site stickiness to encourage repeat usage.

- Plan, develop, run and track various Social Media Campaigns.

- Experience in managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ accounts.

- Work closely with agency, vendors & partners to enhance ROI & performance of digital campaigns.

- Work with internal & external stake holders to increase acquisitions and improve conversion of website.

- Support marketing team and its functions to execute digital marketing campaigns.

 

- Demonstrate initiative and drive

- Travel as required 

Skills Required:

- Experience and having a good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Campaign. New Client Acquisition and bring projects. Looking for a sales person or business developer who have experience in digital sales, website sales.
