About the Company:
Our Housing Society was formed in the year 2007 with an intention to provide housing facilities to the B.S.N.L. employee's. The society has been registered with the Dy.Registrar of co operative Societies, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore vide no.DRB® Reg. 32229/ 2006-07/dated.07-02-2007. Later on in the year 2008 permission is accorded from the Addl.Registrar of Co-operative societies to take the Associate Members and to allot sites to the willing members/associate members. There by the society is at  Bangalore.

Desired Experience: 1-3 Years

Target Batch Passout: 2014 -2017

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA - INR 2.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization:  Any Graduates

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
