Job Profile: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Delhi
Desired experience: more than 1 yr in Lead Generation/Client Acquisition/Direct Sales
Course Specialization: Hotel Management/ Hospitality/ Commerce /MBA
Training/Probation Period: 2 Months
Salary: INR 3 LPA to INR 5 LPA (Depending upon the candidate’s performance in the interview)

- Candidate has to visit all Restaurants & Cafe in the assigned area
- Candidate has to Fix up an appointment & demonstrate the product features to the manager / owner and make them sign-up.
- Candidate has to Train the staff at client’s premises.
- Candidate has to manage Client accounts, payments, and communications.
- Candidate has to Hire & train a team of interns for business development.
- Candidate must be comfortable in travelling across Delhi/NCR
- Candidate should have good inter-personal skills, Communication skills
- Candidate should have eexcellent communication/marketing/ Presentation skills
- Candidate should have pleasing personality, dominating voice pitch
- Candidate must be aggressive in Sales, Smart enough to close the deal.
- Candidate must have MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Basic internet and computer skills
