About The Company:

PurpleBits’ flagship offering PurpleDocs is a records management service for small, medium and large hospitals. It is an end-to-end service that makes storing and accessing of the hospital records easy. We have served more than 50 customers across Gujarat in last 5 years. We have our offices in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Surat. We are incubated at iCreate , Ahmedabad and have been recognized as the top innovators in technology domain by Vadodara Chamber of Commerce and Industries. We are backed by industry stalwarts who are guiding us. Our co-founder, Pooja, who is an expert in java technology, was recently recognized by Grow Gujarat Startup Awards organized by CIIE at IIMA, amongst the top 5 companies in the Women Trailblazer category.


Salary: Upto INR 4.8 LPA + Incentives (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Location: Rajkot , Surat , Vadodara

Job Description:

Activities to be performed by the Business Development Manager will include but not limited to:

-Researching markets to identify new business

-Acquiring customers in specific region

-Identify new markets and business opportunities

-Visit potential customers for new business

-Provide customers with quotations

-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

-Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends

-Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

-Record sales and send copies to the sales office

-Create and maintain excellent relationships with clients

-Tailor products pitch according to individual client specifications

-Achieving profit targets

-Managing budgets and financial plans

-Taking responsibility for the recruitment, training, organization and monitoring of staff

-Dealing with customer complaints and inquiries

-Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise

Primary skills: Sales & Business Development (Institutional Sales - B2B)

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Gujarati
