-Proactively prospect in the Territory to create opportunities & interact with top management level.
-Drive services sales in Domestic and International Market
-Maintain discipline and seasonality to achieve assigned business targets, revenue and profitability
-Grow the sales/client funnel and ensure a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals
-Setting up sales team for difference services from web applications, mobile apps, digital marketing
-Acquiring clients for resource based development models
-Strong understanding of custom application development and services
-Lead generation, Proposal creation and client acquisition
-Relationship building with existing and new clients.
-Analyse customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential
-IT sales/pre sales experience, preferably.
-Demonstrable record of leading complex sales.
-Prior experience in corporate sales
-Strong communication and objection handling skills
-Strong presentation skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong knowledge in custom software development, resource based models, onsite resourcing models.
