- Must have Experience of Sales & Business Development

- Candidate must have good communication skills

- Able to generate the lead and convert it into profit sales.

- Must have Knowledge of developing proposals & presentations

- Must have knowledge of e commerce, website, SEO, Social Media

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly without reacting strongly or getting frustrated

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong team player.

- Ability to convey strong messages in a polite but firm manner

- Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to high quality design and development.

- Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with peers and senior professionals.

Skills Required:

- Should know lead management techniques

- Can communicate spontaneously with leads online (phone, email, chatting)

- Can communicate spontaneously with potential clients face-to-face

- Capable of converting leads into clients
