Job Description:

Web Experts Online IT Company is looking for a BDM (Business Development Manager) who is efficient to work on the online portals like Upwork, Guru, and or do cold calling to the ceo’s of western companies and get the projects. He she should have knowledge about the services and smart enough to convert a call or a lead into business.

Key responsibilities:

-Capability to identify and evaluate market with positive clients

-Work in a very organized and systematic way to develop and implement strategic plan.

-Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities

-Achieve own target with valuable projects which adds profit to company.

-Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities.

-Work hard with smart move to understand the requirement of the customer and keeping working on it till the project is in his account.

-To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients


-3 years (or plus) of experience in sales/business development.

-Proven track record of developing new business.

-Strong in client connection and client services.

-Strong responsibility


-Able to work under high pressure

-Excellent interpersonal

-Communication and presentation skills.

-A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

-University degree

-Fluent in English speaking and writing.
