Job Location: Till COVID Situation Improves (Work from Home) / Post Lockdown (Mumbai)

Desired Experience: 0-2 Year

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/MBA

Target Batch: 2018-2019

Salary: Stipend – 10,000 in first month + Incentives , then 20,000 + Incentive from 2nd month onwards
            Post Internship – Final Offer 5 LPA + 2 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for academic & career counselling for prospective learners.
- Generate and handle enquiries (telephonic & email enquiries) to convert them to enrolments.
- Responsible for converting the curated lead to sales.
- Tele calling & follow-up on database provided.
- Attaining enrolment targets
- Resolve queries relating to the course from the prospective candidates.
- Maintain, and foster a Healthy Database with existing and new online sources.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in the inside sales process is preferred
- Ability to understand and navigate the ed-tech industry
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication
- Should be a quick learner and someone who will follow the prescribed process
- Go-Getter Attitude
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
- Traits Required: Patience, Vision and Passion
