Job Description & Skill Set Required:

-Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etc.
-To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.
-To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
-To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.
-To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
-Experience in handling overseas clients.
-Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
-Comfortably working in 24*7 Enviroment.
