Job Description: 

BDE would be responsible for creating awareness about company in local market and generating revenue by selling telecom services like ,Domains, Hosting, Managed Services, MPLS, ILL,Lease lines, PRI, Wireless Products., Datacenter and Infra Management and other related services to MSME.

Generate leads through various resources.

Visiting potential customers for new business.

Developing, Managing and growing existing client relationships.

Providing customers with quotations.

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

Gathering market and customer information.

Providing feedback on future buying trends.

Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

Liaising with technical / development team to check on the progress of existing orders.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience.

Skills Required: 

The ability and desire to sell.

Excellent convincing skills /Excellent communication skills.

Strong commercial awareness and confident and determined approach.

Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.

A high degree of self-motivation and drive.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.

Interview Process: Aptitude, Sales, HR and Final Round.
