Job Description: 

Online bidding on IT job portals like Enlace, Upwork, Guru, Freelancers, Peopleperhour etc.

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to present work specification document or proposal or effort estimation.

Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Candidate would need to generate leads through calling.

Provide Regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.

Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of Knowledge.

Work with Business Development Director to define Sales Strategy to generate new business.

Skills Required: Good verbal and written communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, Should be able to handle immense pressure.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.


B.Tech/B.E., MBA
