Job Profile: Business Development Executive

Salary: INR 2.8 LPA - INR 3.2 LPA (Depending upon the candidate’s performance during the interview)

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*:  Will be communicated post registration window is closed

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

-Revenue generation by Client handling.

- Maintain Client information in CRM.

- Involvement in organization’s activities.

- Keep regularly updated with the market movements.

- Meeting expectations by delivering desired calling hours.

- Proper planning, execution & control.

- Understand company’s vision and work in accordance with it.

- Filter potential clients from all the available prospects.

- Interact with the potential Clients who are interested in taking our services, understand their requirement and offer them the best of the services.

Skills Required:

-Telesales, Telephone etiquettes, self-assessment and motivation

- Aggressive, Analytical approach and Good Decision making ability

- Flexible attitude, Client retention, Innovative & Creative

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Able to work under pressure
