- Making outbound calls for generating Appointments for Business Development team.
- Generate leads prospects over the phone.
- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities (mainly Domestic Sales) in software/mobile/web development domain
- Interacting/calling to CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management, Decision Makers for software/mobile/web development requirements and managing Lead Generation Process via cold calling & emails
- Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through internet, Building Database, Proficient in secondary research.
- Sending emails to prospective clients
- Calling on hot leads to convert Maintain Customer database & Should follow up on regular basis with potential customers
- Explain properly about Company services & solutions
- Maintain good customer relationship
