About The Company:

Tratoli, aim to empower traveller to discover, plan, customize and book holidays of various domestic and international destinations. We want to bring together and create a network of travel vendors and service providers in such a way that personalized travel is made easy, cheap and convenient. With growing awareness of destinations, places, activities, cultures, etc. there is a need for personalized travel, but in less resource and time. Planning and traveling include so many factors that it becomes very difficult to plan, organize and travel without any hitch and problems.


Profile:  Business Development Executive

Job Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Desired experience: Freshers

Course Specialization: Any Bachelor’s & Graduate (Travel Courses & IATA is an added advantage)

Target Batch Pass out: 2016-2017

Salary: INR 1.5 LPA to INR 2.15 LPA

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description & Responsibilities:

This role requires meeting travel agents across different cities and explains our product. The work will involve extensive travel by way of meeting travel agents in the different cities/places, explain our product, and bring them on-board.


The candidates are expected to majorly work with travel agents, getting them signed up on the Tratoli. The following are the key tasks to be accomplished.

-Get travel agents sign up on Tratoli

-Ensure they are using portal and generating leads

-Ensure the travel agents generate revenue to Tratoli

-Execute the BD plan to meet the business targets in the assigned region

-BTL Activities, field sales & Marketing

-Reach the business goals

-Giving live demo of the product and services being offered

-Meeting targets and building strategies

Skills Required:

-Analytical & Problem solving skills.

-Excellent convincing, negotiating and networking skills.

-Ability to handle conversions.

--Initiative Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges Attention to Detail Being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
