-Generating Leads and Target Market identification : Researching and identifying potential clients in a region.
-Setting the appointments, meeting the clients and doing timely follow-ups with businesses
-Making sure the business understands the product and itâ€™s benefits well and converting him into a client
-Meet sales targets set and ensure a steady increase in numbers throughout the year
-Meeting the clients, understanding their business (logistic) requirements and provide strategic inputs based on Â market demands
-Develop and sustain a strong relationship with the existing clients.
Skill Set Required:
-Age Limit between 21 to 30 years. Smart Personality required.
-Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
-Should have experience of field sales, managing clients and SMEs etc.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
-Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
-Two Wheeler is a must.
-Good command over Local language(Kannada).
