Salary: INR 1.3 LPA To INR 2 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Effective and excellent communication (written & verbal) skills are crucial for this job.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. Passion towards Business Development
- Sharp Business Acumen & market mapping skills (marketing, branding, Positioning)
- The candidate must be proactive, committed, ambitious, good interpersonal skills and a smart negotiator with excellent grasping power.
- Knowledge of Research, Data Mining will be an added flavour
- Must possess the ability to engage potential clients (C- Level Executives) in a conversation, convince them and generate business opportunities for clients.
- Must be diligent at follow-ups with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales/ lead Generation/ Customer Acquisition will be preferred
- Business Development Executive will help clients to identify business opportunities in geographies such as Asia pacific, Middle East, Europe, UK and Domestic Projects too. 
- Develop new business for Client via telephone and mass communication such as email and/or social media. 
- Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. 
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up
- communications in order to move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel and able to
- coordinate with client for end to end shipment of Project.
