Tentative date of joining: Immediate
-Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
-Responding to customer queries over the email and following end-to-end process for further follow ups.
-Contacting prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
-Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
-Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
-Ensure compliance on lead follow-up process by using CRM.
-Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e- mail cross-sell and up-sell.
-Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and do necessary negotiation.
-Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
-Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
-Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
-Demonstrate initiative taking capabilities to improve team\\\'s productivity.
Skill Set Required:
-University or college degree in Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
-Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
-Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, self organisation and time management.
