About the Company:-
We are a startup based out of New Delhi, and are working in the Wellness and Beauty Space. We aim to disrupt and innovate the traditional and often outdated techniques of running businesses, which are being extensively used by small business owners. With the rapid growth in the use of technology in India, businesses which are not employing these tools are losing out on a digital presence and a competitive edge. India has one of the largest young populations in the world, with a median age of only 27! India\'s youth is focusing more and more on personal Wellness and Beauty, and is becoming increasingly tech-savvy. We wish to embrace this change in the mind-set of the young Indian customer, and spearhead the movement to bring better and technologically relevant services to the new India.

Salary: Stipend of upto INR 7000 is provided in internship period.
Post Internship: INR 2.4 LPA - INR 3.6 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Job Description:
This internship will help you get an insight to how real-world businesses work. The interns will have a lot of autonomy to work in their own style and even contribute towards the strategy development of the startup! Once hired, you will be required to go out in to the field and understand the market well by talking to our target business partners. Interns are required to come up with strategies to implement the \"on-boarding process\" of our target partners. We also offer a pre-placement offer at the end of the internship, who will be recruited as full time employees directly reporting to the co-founders!
