Job Overview:
A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The Associate is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organization's services.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Building business by identifying and selling prospects & maintaining relationships with clients
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Selling services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Maintaining relationships with colleges by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Identifying service improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
- Should be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results
- Any other work assigned by the management

Required Skills Set:
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in project management and/or sales
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making

Terms and Conditions:
- Your Working hours will be from 09.00 Am to 06.00 Pm six days a week
- Dress Code Business Formals
- Have a motorcycle Compulsory have to show RC of the vehicle
- Submit original 10th class Certificate or the highest degree certificate
