Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for OET (Open Enrollment Training's) in Delhi region based in Chennai (Work location/ Office).
Identifying the list of companies to be interacted.
Calls, Emails & follow ups on a daily basis.
Update the client database using the tracker with the most current details.
Updating the tracker after every call.
CRM updating on a daily basis.
Preparing the Training plan for the calendar year and executing it accordingly.
Proposals, Invoice& Collection coordination on a timely basis.
Executing the logistics are taken care ensuring training (Hotel/office).
Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.
Generating revenue from Training programs with favorable ROI.
Establishing a bigger and more revenue generating customer database.
To come up with more marketing and promotional ideas to enhance and establish OET.
Effective regular meetings and exchange of ideas within team.
